As a Training Specialist you will:

EDUCATION: Associates degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, Education, or related field, required. Bachelorsdegree, preferred.
EXPERIENCE: At least one (1) year previous experience conducting staff training and development, preferably in human service or health care. Instructor’s certification in First Aid, CPR, Crisis Prevention/Intervention, New Directions, QPR is preferred.
