Qualifications

• Active licensure required (LPC/LSW) in Ohio per CSWMFT.
• Licensed therapists providing substance-use services may require dependent license (preferred).
• Must meet credentialing and audit requirements per agency policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide full range of behavioral health treatment including diagnostic assessment and individual, family and group therapy.
• Deliver crisis intervention and prevention within clinical supervision.
• Complete documentation, treatment planning, and prior-authorization processes as required.
