Qualificações

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Act 33/34 Clearances (if required by program) and FBI Clearance (as applicable)
• Completion of all required trainings for licensure
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and/or adults using evidence-based practices.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and intake evaluations, including treatment recommendations.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain an active caseload and monitor client progress, adjusting interventions as needed.
• Participate in clinical team meetings to review treatment goals, progress, and discharge planning.
• Maintain documentation in the EMR meeting agency, regulatory, and funder requirements.
• Provide supervision/guidance to non-licensed therapists or counselors as required for licensure.

Formação

Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related human services field
