Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
• Master’s degree in a human services field preferred.
• State certification or licensure required or ability to obtain within designated timeframe.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders.
• At least 1 year of experience in substance use/drug and alcohol treatment.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Required clearances (as applicable): ACT 33/34, PA State PATCH.
• CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to children, adolescents, or adults within a behavioral health and substance use treatment setting.
• Deliver evidence-based care and coordinate services to meet client needs.
• Maintain an active caseload and track treatment plans and documentation.
• Participate in clinical team meetings to review progress and discharge planning.
• Respond to crisis situations and provide appropriate intervention.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EHR and ensure regulatory compliance.
