Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health or Psychology.
• Licensed by CA BBS as LCSW or CA Board psychologist.
• Minimum five years of behavioral health therapy and care planning.
• Minimum two years of elderly population experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral health assessments and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Deliver and document interventions per care plans (therapy, crisis, resources).
• Facilitate individual and group therapies (art/music therapy, counseling).
• Provide training on behavioral health symptoms and interventions to staff.
