Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Psychiatric Technician at Hurlburt Duke Field, FL to provide behavioral health support and assist with care for patients facing psychiatric, substance abuse, and psychological challenges.

The role operates under licensed behavioral health supervision and includes intakes, counseling, and data management. The position involves coordinating with Family Advocacy and Behavioral Health programs, preparing reports, and contributing to program development and process

Formación

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a psychiatric/mental health program assistant.
• Associate Degree or commensurate level of training.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a government security clearance.
• Experience with DoD, service and community social services is preferred.
• Willingness to receive specialized training on peer support counseling.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a wide range of behavioral health interventions under supervision.
• Perform patient intakes and counsel clients/patients.
• Maintain computerized databases and prepare monthly statistical reports.
• Coordinate with Family Advocacy and Behavioral Health programs.
• Assist with program development, resource management, and process improvements.
• Interface with command family support organizations.
