Job summary

BriteLife Recovery on Hilton Head Island is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician/Driver to transport clients to and from the facility and support on-floor observations.

You will follow directions from the Clinical Director and BHT Supervisor, document client conditions, lead therapeutic activities, and maintain safety and confidentiality. This role is per-diem with a values-driven team focused on compassionate addiction treatment and recovery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred, Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), or willingness to pursue.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Growth mindset and professional conduct required.
• Complete annual education requirements and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from the facility safely and on schedule.
• Observe client behaviors and document conditions.
• Lead clients to therapeutic and recreational activities.
• Maintain safety standards and proper vehicle inspections.
