Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support patients across clinics in the state. The role involves administering TMS and Spravato therapies, monitoring safety, collecting vitals, and handling front-office tasks with a patient-first approach.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems, and a passion for mental health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems preferred.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers helpful.
• Customer service experience valued.
• Patient-centric mindset and compassionate communication required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures.
• Basic Life Support Certification (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare TMS device for treatment and review medication information with patients.
• Monitor patient safety and accuracy during treatments.
• Record vitals and obtain informed consent forms.
• Document treatment sessions and required notes in records.
• Assist scheduling, billing inquiries, and insurance questions as needed.
• Greet patients and ensure a welcoming, patient-centric environment.
