Job summary

Oasis Mental Health Centers Medical LLC seeks Behavioral Health Technicians to support depression treatment at clinics across the state. The role includes training to administer TMS and Spravato, with front-office duties and patient-centered care.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong customer service, and comfort with Microsoft Office, CRM/EHR systems, and insurance questions. Flexible 8-hour shifts and opportunities for training are available.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and CRM/EHR systems required.
• Understanding of local insurance payers preferred.
• Customer service experience required; able to connect with patients.
• Maintain a patient-centric approach and compassionate communication.
• Basic life support certification training provided as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapies per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare TMS device and ensure equipment readiness for treatment.
• Review medication and treatment information with each patient before sessions.
• Monitor patient safety and clinical accuracy during treatments.
• Record vitals and safeguard patient data; obtain informed consent.
• Document REMS monitoring forms after each Spravato session.
• Conduct and record psychiatric rating scales (PHQ-9, MADRS, BDI).
• Assist with scheduling, insurance questions, and basic billing tasks.
• Greet patients warmly and support a comfortable clinic experience.
