Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of work experience with substance use or mental health populations.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• In-depth knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders.
• Experience facilitating groups effectively.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage crisis situations.
• Flexible with shift timings.
• Self-motivated, self-directed and a team player.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their stay, monitoring safety and wellbeing through regular rounds and responding promptly to crisis situations.
• Facilitate recovery skills and support groups, and provide hands-on, day-to-day support that helps clients build the foundation for lasting recovery.
• Conduct intakes, UA/BA screenings, and detailed documentation of client care in compliance with confidentiality and federal regulations.
• Coordinate transportation, manage daily facility operations, and collaborate with clinical, medical, and support staff to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
