You will collect behavior data, analyze results, and collaborate with a supportive team to tailor approaches for diverse needs, while ensuring compassionate, client-centered care. RBT certification is preferred, or you are pursuing a related degree in psychology or education.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or adults with special needs preferred; training provided.
• RBT certification preferred, or pursuing a degree in psychology, education, or a related field.
• Empathy, strong communication, and teamwork are essential.
