Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in person with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, applying ABA techniques under supervision by a BCBA. You will collect data, support care teams, and help progress toward individualized goals within HIPAA-compliant settings.

The role emphasizes direct patient care, collaboration with families and schools, and ongoing professional development in behavioral health and special education.

Formación

• Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities is preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques, including Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and records management.
• Strong understanding of patient care principles and practices.
• Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with clients, families, and team members.
• Commitment to confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Background in special education or related fields is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Implement intervention plans under BCBA supervision.
