Job summary

Epic Minds Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBT to work in-person with children and individuals with developmental disabilities. The role focuses on implementing ABA-based behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision, collecting data, and supporting progress toward goals.

You will collaborate with families and professionals to provide holistic care, participate in ongoing training, and help clients develop social, communication, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of ABA techniques or Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and records management.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct support to children and individuals with developmental disabilities in various settings.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors and progress towards goals.
• Assist in patient assessments and intake processes to gather relevant information.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
• Support clients in developing social skills, communication, and daily living skills.
