As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT/RBT), you'll be on the front line, implementing plans in homes, schools, and the community, by working one-on-one with clients. Your Toolkit:

• Attitude - Genuine care for others and a willingness to learn and adapt to different situations. Bring your enthusiasm and commitment to making a positive impact!
• Background - Previous experience working with children or adults with special needs is highly preferred, but we will train the right candidates!
• Credentials - RBT certification highly preferred, or if you are pursuing a degree in psychology, education, or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be capable of manual labor including but not limited to; Exerting up to 100 lbs. of force occasionally, and/or 20 lbs. of force frequently, and/or 10 lbs. of force constantly, pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, crawling, crouching, finger dexterity, climbing and reaching.
