Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Bucks is seeking an Overnight Behavioral Health Technician to support a residential-style outpatient program with 24/7 supervision and care. You will help manage intake, supervise daily activities, and support clients in a recovery-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, CPR, and a year of sobriety if in recovery, plus strong leadership and empathetic interpersonal skills. A supportive team and comprehensive benefits await.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver''s license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
