Qualifications

• Education – High School Diploma or GED, plus 2 years of behavioral health service delivery experience or a 2-year degree and 3 years of related work.
• Strong customer service and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience with electronic health records and standard Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Conducts client intakes and ensures medical records are accurate and complete.
• Facilitates groups and documents interventions and client responses.
• Participates in treatment planning, progress reviews, and care coordination.
