Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a LADDER Behavioral Health Technician for the Desert Cove Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The BHT supports clients in intake, engagement, and program activities in the LADDER program, coordinating transportation, referrals, and care coordination with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in behavioral health, or an associate degree plus 2 years bh health service delivery.
• Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license and 3 years driving experience.
• Must pass TB screening and a criminal background check.
• Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of start.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Conducts client intakes and maintains medical records with accuracy.
• Facilitates groups and documents interventions and client responses.
• Coordinates and documents care coordination efforts and referrals.
• Engages clients and supports treatment planning and progress review.
• Coordinates client transportation and communicates with partners.
