Terros Health is hiring a LADDER Behavioral Health Technician at Desert Cove Health Center in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports clients in transportation, engagement, and program operations across office and community settings.

Responsibilities include intakes, group facilitation, treatment planning, and care coordination. Requires High School Diploma/GED with behavioral health experience; valid AZ driver’s license and background checks are required. Full-time with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education—High School Diploma or GED, plus 3 years of behavioral health education/work experience or an associate’s degree with 2 years of behavioral health experience.
• Must have Arizona driver’s license, be 21+ with 3 years driving experience, and meet Terros Health driving policy.
• Must pass TB screening and criminal background check; obtain fingerprint clearance within 7 days of role start.
• Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes and maintain accuracy of medical records.
• Facilitate groups and document interventions and client responses.
• Support treatment meetings, orientation, planning, and progress reviews.
• Coordinate referrals, outreach, and document care coordination efforts.
• Provide client transportation, route planning, and collaborate with transport partners.
• Report safety concerns promptly and follow safety protocols.
• Maintain community resources and discharge planning information for continuity of care.
