Job summary

BriteLife Recovery is seeking a PRN Behavioral Health Technician/Driver to transport clients and support clinical staff in a mission-centered environment. You will observe client behavior, assist in activities, and maintain safety during transport and on-site supervision.

The role requires a High School Diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a growth mindset with opportunities for professional development and tuition reimbursement. EOE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• CRS certification preferred or willingness to pursue.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Growth mindset and willingness to engage in ongoing education.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from the facility and appointments.
• Observe client behaviors and document conditions to guide therapy.
• Supervise clients and ensure safety during transport and activities.
• Complete admissions paperwork and process with new clients.
• Provide recovery support and education to clients and families.
• Participate in continuing professional development and quality improvement.

Education

Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) — preferred
