Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• CRS certification preferred, or willingness to pursue post-hire.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from appointments and activities.
• Account for all clients at all times and maintain boundaries.
• Enter client information into the EMR and document conditions.
• Provide recovery support and supervise clients during transport.
• Adhere to safety standards and report incidents promptly.
