Job summary

BriteLife Recovery is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician/Driver to support clients in a structured, mission-driven environment. You will transport clients, supervise activities and document observations to promote safe, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred CRS certification or willingness to pursue.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Growth mindset and commitment to ongoing education.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate stairs.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Transport clients to and from the facility safely and on time.
• Observe client behaviors and document conditions in EMR as required.
• Lead clients to therapeutic and recreational activities.
• Supervise clients during transport and ensure safety and boundaries.
