Qualifications

• High school diploma required; additional training or certifications preferred (CRS or willingness to pursue).
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Punctuality and professional conduct; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to walk up and down stairs during drills or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to appointments, meetings, and activities.
• Monitor client behavior and document observations.
• Lead clients to therapeutic and recreational activities.
• Observe safety protocols and report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Enter client information into the EMR database and assist with admissions paperwork.
• Provide recovery support and collaborate with the treatment team.
