Job summary

EVORAA HOLDINGS LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to help create a safe environment for clients and support program routines. The role includes answering client questions, monitoring activities, and reporting changes in clients’ condition to therapy staff.

The incumbent will de-escalate issues, maintain logs, participate in staff meetings, and uphold privacy policies while assisting with program adherence and client welfare.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in substance abuse and/or mental health preferred.
• Valid state driving license with no major violations in past five years.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory log of all personal belongings and return tickets.
• Monitor clients at all times and log client whereabouts.
• De-escalate AMA and client problems to ensure safety.
• Attend required staff training and participate in shift turnover.
• Supervise clients with emphasis on safety and wellbeing and report infractions.
