Job summary

EVORAA HOLDINGS LLC seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to help maintain a safe environment for clients and support program activities. The role emphasizes supervising clients, reporting changes in condition, and coordinating with therapy staff to address needs.

The position requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work under pressure. A valid state driver’s license and prior substance abuse/mental health exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in substance abuse and/or mental health preferred.
• Valid state driving license with clean record in past 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory of personal belongings and secure valuables.
• Monitor clients and log whereabouts during shifts.
• De-escalate disruptive behavior and ensure safety.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper waste disposal throughout shifts.
• Provide emotional support and refer to therapy staff as needed.
• Complete paperwork neatly and accurately.
