Job summary

Evoraa Healthcare seeks a BHT Supervisor to assist the Director of Operations in daily oversight of BHT staff and to maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for clients in treatment. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred in related field.
• Minimum 2 years supervising experience in medical field or BHT supervisor role.
• 3–5 years of healthcare experience for client care; fast-paced environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission process for new client intake and orientation.
• Provide guidance and assistance to BHTs on client support and concerns.
• Monitor client safety and well-being with 30-minute rounds.
• Schedule and manage BHT shifts to ensure full coverage.
• Maintain infection control and HIPAA confidentiality.
• Lead BHT meetings and cascade information to staff.
• Ensure staff complete required trainings on time.
• Maintain professional ethics and boundaries.
• Report safety concerns timely.
• Promote quality client care at all times.
• Submit lab requisitions for required testing.
