Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or preferred.
• Experience in substance abuse and/or mental health settings preferred.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (if required for transporting clients).

Responsabilités

• Supervise clients to ensure safety and wellbeing during program activities.
• Monitor and log clients' location, wellbeing, and movement throughout shifts.
• De-escalate crisis situations and report changes to the therapy team.
• Complete required paperwork neatly and timely to support continuity of care.
• Maintain clean, orderly work areas and proper safety practices.
• Communicate effectively with staff and provide emotional support to clients.
