Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech in Florida to observe patient activity and maintain a visible presence at the treatment center and in community housing. Qualifications

• Graduation from High School or GED is required; experience in the treatment industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily structure for clients.
• Develop weekly structure for clients.
• Transport clients to appointments when necessary using the company van.
• Orient new admissions to facility and explain rules and procedures.
• Coordinate with clinical staff and attend meetings to share information.
• Monitor client safety and report incidents immediately to supervisor.
• Provide a safe, therapeutic environment for staff and clients.
