Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Safe driving record with DMV report for the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients and facility grounds to ensure safety.
• Conduct vital signs checks and report incidents per policy.
• Provide emotional support and refer concerns to therapy staff.
• Coordinate with team to deliver high-quality care.
• Assist in patient transport, group activities, and discharge prep.
