Banyan Treatment Centers in Delaware is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to provide essential peer and operational support to our patients during recovery. This per-diem, on-site role focuses on patient supervision, safety checks, and collaboration with our clinical team.

This position offers meaningful work within a nationally recognized addiction and mental health care organization.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license with clean DMV record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor patients and facility grounds for safety and report incidents.
• Conduct safety checks and document activities.
• Interact with patients with empathy and refer concerns to clinical staff.
• Collaborate with team leaders and operations to maintain quality care.
• Assist in daily program activities and patient transportation as needed.
