Responsibilities

1. Manage daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.)
2. Train and support BHT team in all operational responsibilities
3. Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
4. Maintain client engagement and morale, fostering a positive recovery environment
5. Ensure compliance with all rules, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, at least one year of sustained sobriety
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Honest character exemplifying recovery principles

Work Location

Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel, a 40-bed residential facility in the Poconos mountains, providing detox and inpatient rehab services in a supportive environment with a dedicated staff.
