Responsibilities:

• Manage daily residential operations such as intake, supervision, transportation, food service, and medication management.
• Train and support the BHT team in all operational responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Maintain a positive recovery environment by overseeing client engagement and morale.
• Ensure compliance with all company rules, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum of one year of sustained sobriety if in recovery.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set boundaries.
• Honest, dignified character that models recovery principles.

Work Location:

Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel, a 40-bed residential facility nestled in the Poconos Mountains, offering detox and inpatient rehab services in a supportive environment.
