Job summary

Avenues Recovery in Aurora, CO is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician for its inpatient detox and residential facility. The role includes managing daily operations, supporting the team, and maintaining a positive environment for clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations including intake and supervision.
• Train and support BHT team in all operations.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and maintain a positive recovery environment.
• Ensure compliance with all Avenues rules and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
