Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with eighteen locations across seven states. Our Eastern Shore facility is a 100-bed residential program offering inpatient rehabilitation with a hotel-like environment and a multidisciplinary staff dedicated to compassionate, dignified care.

We seek a hands-on leader to manage daily operations, train the BHT team, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a warm, supportive recovery atmosphere for clients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification required.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100-bed residential facility which offers inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services. Our expansive building is newly renovated, modern and appealing, offering an array of amenities and a true hotel-like experience.
