Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring BHTs for the second and third shifts at our Eastern Shore residential facility. A valid driver's license and CPR certification are required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred. If you are in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety is expected.

Join a team that maintains a warm, recovery‑oriented environment, oversees intake, supervision, transportation, meals, medications, and client engagement while ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

Qualifications

If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations ( Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

Avenues Recovery Center at Eastern Shore is a 100‑bed residential facility which offers inpatient drug and alcohol rehabilitation services.
