Avenues Recovery in South Bend, IN is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for various shifts in our Detox and Residential treatment facility. The role involves managing daily operations, training staff, and ensuring compliance with recovery principles.

Now Hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for First, Second, and Weekend Shift in our newest Detox and Residential treatment facility in South Bend, IN.

What You’ll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• High School diploma or GED required
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
