Job summary

AVENUES RECOVERY CENTER in Aurora, CO is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians to manage daily operations and oversee client engagement in an inpatient detox and residential facility. The ideal candidate will train the BHT team and ensure compliance with all policies in a warm recovery environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification (preferred).
• Minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety if in recovery.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
