Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Manage all daily residential operations including Intake, supervision, and transportation.
Train and support BHT team in all operations.
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
Oversee client engagement and morale.
Ensure compliance with Avenues' rules and policies.

Now Hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for our newest in-patient rehab in Ft. Collins, CO!

What You’ll Do

Manage all daily residential operations (e.g., Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

High School diploma or GED preferred
