Trinity Autism Services is looking for compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team!
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and community settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
- Teach communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills
- Support reduction of challenging behaviors using evidence-based ABA strategies
- Collect accurate and timely data on client progress
- Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team
- Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and their families
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect in every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient, and comfortable working one-on-one with children
- Ability to receive feedback and work collaboratively with a clinical team
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to clients’ homes
Preferred
- Experience working with children is preferred but not required
- Experience with autism or ABA is a plus

Location: In-home services throughout the Chattanooga area
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time opportunities available
Pay: 25-30 hourly
