Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools across Tennessee. You will implement BCBA-developed plans, collect progress data, and support communication and daily living skills while building strong relationships with families.

Flexible full-time or part-time schedules in a mission-driven team, offering opportunities for BCBA supervision hours and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Reliability for transportation and local travel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Tennesseeand are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings

• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA

• Collect, record, and report data on client progress

• Support the development of communication, social, and daily living skills

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and families

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week

• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week

• Flexible shifts available

• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee

Skills & Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Prior experience working with children preferred (not required)

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
