Job summary

Total Care ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in homes, schools, and community settings across Tennessee. You will work under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans and track client progress.

Flexible full-time and part-time schedules with paid training, ongoing professional development, and opportunities toward BCBA supervision. Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children preferred but not required.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Total Care ABA is a growing ABA therapy provider offering in-home and in-school services for children with autism and related developmental needs. We are expanding across Tennessee and are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our supportive, mission-driven team.

Our RBTs are the heart of what we do. In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy, support children and families in achieving meaningful goals, and work under the supervision of experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Duties & Responsibilities

Compensation & Schedule

• Full-Time: 35–40 hours/week
• Part-Time: 10–20 hours/week
• Flexible shifts available
• Services provided in person throughout Tennessee
