Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in South Bend, IN is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians for first, second, and weekend shifts at our detox and residential facility. You will help manage daily operations and support residents on their recovery journey.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, CPR certification (preferred), and strong leadership, empathy, and boundary-setting skills. This role offers a supportive team and comprehensive benefits.

• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

What You'll Do
