OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to support depression treatment programs. The role involves administering TMS and Spravato therapies, preparing equipment, and reviewing patient data with care.

You will monitor safety, obtain consent, and help with scheduling and clinic operations. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and a patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.
• Experience with CRM/EHR systems a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset and empathy toward patients.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per clinical guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication and treatment info with patients before sessions.
• Monitor treatment to ensure safety and accuracy.
• Take vitals for Spravato treatments.
• Obtain informed consent before treatments.
• Document REMS forms after Spravato sessions.
• Record treatment notes and progress in charts.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality care.
• Greet patients warmly and assist with scheduling and billing inquiries.
