Qualifications

• High School Graduate with basic computer skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers is advantageous.
• Basic Life Support Certification will be provided if needed.
• Customer service experience is desirable.
• Maintain a patient-centric and empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy in line with clinical guidelines.
• Prepare TMS devices for treatment and ensure readiness.
• Review medication and treatment details with patients before sessions.
• Monitor safety and clinical accuracy during therapies.
• Take vitals for Spravato treatments.
• Obtain informed consent forms prior to treatments.
• Document REMS monitoring forms after each session.
• Track progress using psychiatric rating scales (PHQ-9/MADRS/BDI).
• Greet patients warmly to create a comfortable environment.
• Schedule treatments and manage patient appointments.
• Assist with scheduling and basic administrative tasks.
• Understand basic insurance and billing questions.
