OASIS MENTAL HEALTH CENTERS MEDICAL LLC is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians to support depression treatment across clinics in New Jersey. The role includes administering Spravato and TMS therapies, patient intake, and administrative tasks, with emphasis on compassionate patient care.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma and are comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM/EHR systems, and insurance payers. Training in required certifications will be provided, and shifts span 8-hour blocks.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate.
• General computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/EHR systems.
• Knowledge of local insurance payers is preferred.
• Basic Life Support Certification (training provided).
• Customer service experience is valued.
• Patient-centric mentality and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Administering TMS and Spravato therapy per guidelines.
• Prepare the TMS device for treatment.
• Review medication and treatment info with patients before sessions.
• Monitor treatment safety and clinical accuracy.
• Take vitals for Spravato sessions.
• Obtain informed consent forms before treatments.
• Document REMS monitoring forms after each session.
• Collect and document treatment notes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high-quality care.
• Greet patients and help them feel welcome.
• Collect payments for out-of-pocket costs.
• Schedule treatments and assist with billing questions.
