Job summary

Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our Ridgefield, WA team. The BHT will observe and support patients in treatment, help maintain a safe environment, and communicate patient behavior to the clinical team.

The role requires a high school diploma and relevant patient care experience or ARS BHT I training. Starting pay is up to $22/hr with a $2 night differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years patient care experience OR 1 year patient care with an Associate's degree OR ARS training through the BHT I program.
• ARS BHT I training or equivalent qualification is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and observe patients in treatment and report findings.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff.
• Communicate patient behavior to supervisor and clinical team.
• Adhere to facility program rules and schedules.
• Maintain professional boundaries with patients and staff.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and legible documentation.
• Keep clinical records secure at all times.
