Advanced Recovery Systems, LLC is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for our Raytown, Missouri facility. The role focuses on observing and monitoring patients, maintaining a safe environment, and reporting to the clinical team to support recovery in a structured program.

Starting pay is $17 per hour with a $2 night differential. Benefits include PTO, 401K with match, health/vision/dental, and flexible, professional growth opportunities in a drug-free workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Associate's degree and minimum one year experience in BHT or similar patient care role preferred.
• In lieu of Associate degree, minimum two years' experience in BHT or similar patient care role required.
• Good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards required.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor patients in treatment and report duties to supervisor and clinical team.
• Contribute to welfare of the organization and assist patients in activities.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Enforce facility program rules in a firm but fair and professional manner.
• Adhere to time schedules and maintain professional boundaries.
• Ensure documentation is timely, clear, accurate and legible; keep clinical records secure.
