Advanced Recovery Systems (ARS) invites you to join our in Salem, OR as a Behavioral Health Technician. You will observe and monitor patients, document observations, and support activities that promote safety and recovery in a supportive team environment.

The role offers 12-hour shifts with a starting pay up to $22/hr depending on experience and a $2 night-shift differential. Benefits include a 401K match, health/dental/vision, PTO, and access to telemedicine services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in behavioral health or related field preferred.
• CBHT, MHTC, CNA/MA certifications or in-process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe and monitor patients in treatment and report duties.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and secure environment.
• Work with facility leadership to ensure success of the facility.
• Contribute to patient activities and welfare.
