Banyan Treatment Centers is seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our Wasilla, AK team on-site. This role supports structured daily programming, maintains safety, and collaborates with clinical staff to assist patients on their recovery journey.

The position offers part-time hours with a Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday shift pattern, aligned to Alaska living and patient needs while contributing to trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean DMV record for the last 3 years.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Support the delivery of structured daily programming and group coordination.
• Build relationships with patients to reinforce engagement and progress.
• Monitor patients and the facility, conduct safety checks and document observations.
