Discovery Behavioral Health in Medford, NJ is hiring a Behavioral Health Tech I to support patients from admission through discharge. You will assist with safety, patient care, and psychoeducational groups, while upholding confidentiality and treatment plans.

The role requires a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, CPI/CPR certifications (training provided), and opportunity to work a full-time night shift in Medford, NJ.

Formación

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Must obtain CPI certification within 90 days; training provided.
• Must obtain and maintain CPR, AED, and First Aid; training provided.
• Substance Use Division: minimum 1 year sobriety if in recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to DBH policies and procedures.
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Provides patient safety and interventions; leads groups.
• Supports patients during admission and discharge processes.
• Monitors patient activity and documents shift notes and group notes.
• Ventures in crisis situations and provides appropriate interventions.
• Assists Nursing staff with duties and safety checks.
• Conducts regular facility and grounds checks for safety.
