Pinelands of Medford is seeking a Behavioral Health Tech II to support patients from admission to discharge, contribute to treatment planning, and ensure safety. The role involves leading psychoeducational groups, assisting nursing staff, and documenting care within shift notes and charts.

The ideal candidate will have a background in mental health/substance use, a valid driver’s license, and availability for a 7am–3pm or 3pm–11pm shift, Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday, at the Medford, NJ

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) preferred
• One or more years experience in mental health, substance use or eating disorder field preferred
• Valid and unrestricted State Driver’s License

Responsabilités

• Assists Nursing staff with duties as directed, e.g. patient supervision, vitals, room searches.
• Facilitates patient daily needs per program schedule (hygiene, meals, routines).
• Maintains confidentiality of patient information and records.
• Monitors patient activity and documents shift notes and group notes.
